( 01 ) Overview

Users lack a way to easily book a trip to see their favourite team play without the stress of organising each step.

The Fly-Foot website needed some love and attention, an updated experience that aligns with the insights gathered from understanding fans' needs and the internal requirements of the Fly-Foot support teams. We were able to create an aesthetically pleasing end-to-end booking experience and on-spot service app that consolidates all essential trip information such as full itineraries, schedules, tickets, weather updates…. even a chat feature.

( 02 ) Wrapping Up

Fly-foots shiny new booking platform increased their sales by 20%, and the on-spot service kept their customers happy. Fly-Foot customers continue to be loyal to their service and they say that there's nothing quite like it.

Through this experience, I learned the importance of balancing user needs with technical constraints and aesthetics when integrating complicated functionalities into a single space, without letting my head spin too much. I learned the value of flexibility and creativity in problem-solving, ensuring that both user experience and client vision are met in the final product.
